Pending verification

I have made my application since 20th July 2024. I was resent an email to do an action required on 22nd of July 2024 and resent. Qualification check sent to me that they have resent it, that in 30 days I should expect the verification. Now still pending after the 30 days and school is about to resume. Can the request be resent to pgschool email for a quick response.
