Application pending requesting transcripts even though it is attached
My application is pending for some time.
Now it says " ACTION REQUIRED : As per the mandate requirement kindly provide us a copy of the transcript to proceed ahead with this verification.
The transcripts are already attached in the application. I am not sure what else is required. I opened a ticket & that was also marked as “Resolved” without any solution or closing the issue

I am also facing the same issue. during application submission QC did not ask to provide transcript but now university returning back by saying “ACTION REQUIRED : As per the mandate requirement kindly provide us a copy of the transcript to proceed ahead with this verification”
and QA support team resolving tickets saying that it is not their responsibility.

I think we should ask for refund. WES is recommending QC, but looks like this is the worst tool to get our credentials validated. No customer support

Pathetic service and no one giving you a concert answer and taking responsibility. It is just wasting of money and it not lesser but $50 (USD).

Hi I am facing the same issue. I have attached the transcript certificate already and I don’t know what does it need else!! Has anybody got it resolved on its own??
